GCM provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, genetic information, national origin, age, disability, marital status, partnership status, caregiver status, ancestry, status as a covered veteran, status as a victim of domestic violence (including sexual offenses and stalking), unemployment status or any other protected classification in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfers, leaves of absence, compensation and training.

The Firm will not discriminate against its applicants or employees for the lawful use of any product outside the Firm’s premises during nonworking hours, as long as the use of the product does not adversely affect the employee’s job performance or the safety of other employees.

The term “disability” for purposes of this Equal Employment Opportunity Policy shall mean a qualified individual with a disability as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act and Amendments or as otherwise defined by applicable law. The Firm will reasonably accommodate the known physical or mental limitations of applicants and employees with a disability to the extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable law.

This Equal Employment Opportunity Policy also prohibits any employee of the Firm from aiding, abetting, inciting, compelling or coercing any person to engage in any conduct prohibited by this policy.

If any employee experiences discrimination or believes that he or she has been treated in an unlawful discriminatory manner, such employee is expected to immediately report the incident(s) to either the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer or Chief Human Resources Officer.
