Our summer internship and full-time analyst programs draw on undergraduate talent from the top colleges and universities from across the country.  

The Summer Internship Program for Students

The ten-week program provides:
+ Substantive and meaningful work that is representative of our Analyst Program
+ A comprehensive, intensive training program
+ Small-group sessions with senior management
+ Small-group meetings and lunches that provide access to members of senior management
+ Social and networking events with other interns and employees
+ Collaborative environment and open-door culture

Full-time Analyst Program for College Graduates

The ~three-year program provides:
+ Skill-based training, such as communication, business writing and advanced Excel sessions
+ Hands-on experience performing meaningful work
+ Camaraderie as part of a cohesive Analyst class
+ Opportunity to pursue industry certifications
+ Camaraderie as part of a cohesive Analyst class
+ Mentoring and networking opportunities with employees across the firm, including senior management
+ Opportunities for firm-sponsored community involvement

Off-campus Recruitment

We post to school job boards at the following colleges and universities.

For all other schools, please submit your resume and cover letter, indicating position and department of interest, to for consideration.

We review applications on a rolling basis but would recommend that Analyst applications are submitted by September 30, 2021 and Intern applications are submitted by October 15, 2021.  Applications received after this time will be considered for any remaining open positions.

Recruitment Process


Application | July-September

Students can apply to our open positions via their school job board, or through our job board under our Campus Recruitment. 


First Round | August-October

Selected candidates will be invited to interview on-campus or via video conference with one or two GCM Grosvenor representatives.


Final Round | September-November

Successful round one candidates are invited to a final-round interview, either via video conference or in-person at our Chicago or New York offices. During this interview, the candidates will meet with four to five people.


Offer | October-November

Successful final-round candidates will be notified of their offer to join the firm. To ensure each candidate can make an informed decision, those who receive offers will have additional opportunities to speak with team members. We adhere to each school’s policies regarding decision deadlines.
