Students can apply to our open positions via their school job board, or through our job board under our Campus Recruitment. 

First Round

Investments: April-July
Operations: August-October

Selected candidates will be invited to interview on-campus or via video conference with one or two GCM Grosvenor representatives. 

Final Round

Investments: May-July
Operations: September-November

Successful round one candidates are invited to a final-round interview, either via video conference or in-person at our Chicago or New York offices. During this interview, the candidates will meet with four to five people.

Operations: October-November

Successful final-round candidates will be notified of their offer to join the firm. To ensure each candidate can make an informed decision, those who receive offers will have additional opportunities to speak with team members. We adhere to each school’s policies regarding decision deadlines.

These teams are responsible for sourcing new clients and serving the needs of current clients. Their efforts include content creation, branding efforts, client relationship support and reporting.

Marketing – Chicago

These teams provide comprehensive account and performance reporting for all GCM Grosvenor funds. They also manage liquidity, including cash forecasting, payment processing, and financing.

Fund Accounting – Chicago

Investor Operations – Chicago

Treasury – Chicago

These teams follow a modern approach to software engineering, support all core user-facing technology, and act as a point of contact for technology troubleshooting.

These teams ensure the firm is compliant with regulatory laws and guidelines. They are responsible for structuring the deals and terms of our investments.

This team supports the employee lifecycle. It is comprised of talent acquisition and development, benefits, compensation, and employee relations teams.
