Summer Internship Program for College Students
Our Summer Internship Program is typically 10 weeks long and targets rising seniors
- Substantive and meaningful work that is representative of our Analyst Program
- A comprehensive, intensive training program
- Small-group sessions with senior management
- Small-group meetings and lunches that provide access to members of senior management
- Social and networking events with other interns and employees
- Collaborative environment and open-door culture
Full-time Analyst Program for College Graduates
This approximately three-year program provides:
- Skill-based training, such as communication, business writing, and advanced Excel sessions
- Hands-on experience performing meaningful work
- Opportunity to pursue industry certifications
- Camaraderie as part of a cohesive Analyst class
- Mentoring and networking opportunities with employees across the firm, including senior management
- Opportunities for firm-sponsored community involvement

Register / Submit an Application
Freshman and Sophomore Students Register to receive updates on recruiting timelines and events. Interested candidates may submit an application online.

Students can apply to our open positions via their school job board, or through our job board under our Campus Recruitment.
First Round
Investments: May-December

Selected candidates will be invited to interview on-campus or via video conference with one or two GCM Grosvenor representatives.
Final Round

Operations: November-February

Successful round one candidates are invited to a final-round interview, either via video conference or in-person at our Chicago or New York offices. During this interview, the candidates will meet with four to five people
Offer
Investments: May-December
Operations: December-March

Successful final-round candidates will be notified of their offer to join the firm. To ensure each candidate can make an informed decision, those who receive offers will have additional opportunities to speak with team members. We adhere to each school’s policies regarding decision deadlines.Â
